Our research focuses on the structural bioinformatics including protein tertiary structure prediction, protein structure determination from experimental data (NMR, SAXS), RNA and DNA structure and physical interaction networks. Developing new software, methods incorporate new algorithms to tackle issues of structural biology are considered as a main part of our research. We are also interested in using computational methods to study the structure and function of membrane proteins.
