Our research area includes but not limited to protein and peptide design (Enhance protein stability or activity, Chimer proteins as biosensor, Designing novel peptides as inhibitor).

As a central part of our research, we concentrated on developing new software, methods incorporate new algorithms to deal with issues of structural biology. At the same time, we are deeply interested in collaboration with researchers, educators and students in bio, math and computer sciences.
